A new + exceptional role within a newly-formed business area of a major financial org.The vacancy exists for a performance Measurement Manager-the role involves taking ownership of performance and measurement across the business & different business divisions & also setting the direction for measurement.This is a very high profile role & you must have the credibility & ability to influence senior managers & lead people,including the ability to work with virtual teams.As this role is not currently in place you must have the ability to stand on your own feet, set up a performance and measurement capability within the organisation (KPI`s and importantly undertaking external benchmarking exercises).You will need to understand what the key business drivers are,what to do (+ how to recognise) when initiatives are failing to perform.You will need to have solid experience of developing + implementing major new business processes (in the MI & performance measurement arena) + running benchmarking programmes across major technical*business process environment.You need to be able to implement a group-wide service level reporting structure from scratch which ties in with different business unit priorities whilst offering a workable,group-wide performance management*MI structure.You will have excellent communication skills and credibility with the ability to lead and manage others.You must have experience in delivering performance management frameworks and this must all be clear on your CV.
